Are there any SL-C's in Southern California?

Hi Doug, Cool. I live over by La Costa Canyon HS in Carlsbad. We're only a few miles from each other. I sold my GTR a few years ago but haven't seen an SLC in person yet. I'm busy finishing my '68 Camaro and am having a lot of fun driving it and looking forward to the great weather soon to start...

    Price increase

Chuck, Great point. I hope you didn't take my Factory Five comment wrong. If I had it to do over again, I would have bought a SPF Cobra instead of the FFR. It is a much better value. Yes you read it right-Value. It is much better made than any FFR I have seen-and I've seen hundreds. The...

    Price increase

No doubt the SPF is a great car, but with the options, a Roush 427 & ZF + installation, you're pushing $100K at the new price point. Then you get the pleasure of getting it registered via DMV, SB100, BAR & CHP. I've done it with a Factory Five Cobra and let me tell you, its not a fun process...

Motor Choice for Superformance GT40 MK1

John, I looked on the Roush website and couldn't find the 427SR. I found the 427 R (550/535). What is the difference between the two? Is it an iron block?

Enzo and Fxx drifting in Rijeka

That is a great video on the FXX. Thanks for posting. The power that car has is out of this world as he has to work on every corner to keep it going straight. Amazing!!!!

    Would this be sacrilegious?

Thanks guys. I need to do a search on the t44. Never heard of it before. Anyone have any good links to share?

    Would this be sacrilegious?

I am considering a SPF GT40 purchase and have always wanted to have a big block. How true to history would this be? Does the ZF handle this kind of HP & Torque?

    Registration ????'s

Hey Bill, Yeah I've tracked your progress on the other forum. You're doing a great job in your build. I suspected I'd need to still do the SB 100 thing, but wasn't sure if receiving a roller, changed any of those requirements. Thanks, Paul

    Registration ????'s

Since it is delivered as a roller, would you still have to go through SB 100 (I'm in California) to get it registered or can it get around that to get a VIN #? TIA, Paul
