    FYI, I was getting some bleed down on my clutch, so I had to pump it up occasionally. The master cylinder is almost the same height as the slave, so I installed a 2lb residual valve in the clutch line as well.

    Yikes, Did you really use a Jag XJ220 for a donor!?! Only 275 of XJ220 were built in 1992 and the retail price was £470,000. If my calculation is correct, that's about £1.5m - 2.0m in today's money. The XJ220 was quite an exclusive car in its day.

    Here's a small detail that makes a big difference in the doors. The gas shock end hits the lower door bracket when fully extended. If you grind down most of the interfering part of the bracket, the door will extend significantly further up. Just a 1/2" of additional hinge arm movement...
