    Sealing Rivits

Sealed rivets are probably a good idea for external panels, wheel arches ect. But if your paneling a space frame then you don't need structural rivets. You should put a bead of sealant between each panel and chassis rail anyway.

If its structural use cherry max (expensive) or avex. If its not, then those should be fine.

    Julian Assange

I would agree with what has been said. This is not about freedom of speech, it's about the law. And he should be sent to Sweeden to face questioning. However, where I take issue is in the way this has been handled by the FCO. To effectively threaten to raid someone's embassy, in contravention...

    Clutch pipe size?

Out of interest, what size clutch pipe have people installed? I am using a un1 transaxle and full size mustang clutch, so am thinking that 3/16ths might be a bit small.

I would imagine she is quite pleased not to be drawn into it. To be honest, this is a complete cock up by the FCO. A gorilla could have handled, what is a delicate diplomatic situation, better. And William Hague was doing so well, prat.

    GT Forte Feedback

Your right Keith, but the "unsubstantiated & one sided witch hunt" has continued across many years and across many forums. The internet is a great forum for people to share there experiences and to recommend or otherwise people or services. For years this was done by word of mouth among...

    GT Forte Feedback

I feel sorry for Tracy, if half of what she said is true then she has really been done over. As for libel laws, I suspect that Tracy would be quite pleased for DG to take her to court. She would then know where he lived and would then be in a position to counter sue. If it was me I would have...

Salvation Through Jesus Christ -- Prayer

Two things. First. Most of us have absolutely no problem with his personal beliefs. But he has tried to impose his personal beliefs on those who do not share them. Second. Religion does not spread peace and happiness. Although it says that on the can. But when you open up that can, all...

what were the numbers for the p1075 gt40 that won in 68/69

Finding colour photos for the rear of the cars from the 68/69 Le Mans is actually quite hard. Most of the photos taken at the time are in black and white. From what I have found the orange stripe goes over the lip at the back of the car and terminates above the engine vent panel (where the...

what were the numbers for the p1075 gt40 that won in 68/69

The pictures I have confirm that there was no black out line around the white roundels, and there is a black out line around the orange. And this is the same for both the 68 and 69 Le Mans.

what were the numbers for the p1075 gt40 that won in 68/69

1075 wore the number 9 in 1968 and the number 6 in 1969. And on the rear deck its on the right (drivers) side of the car, so it can be seen from the pit lane and the spotters corner.
