    Laura, I think your boss already knows all of the answers, he is just testing you out to see what skills you in investigating a subject that you know very little about , like a job interview. For a full description of what you ask, I think a lot of guys on this site could write several books...

    This is why I always install fuel pumps at the lowest point in the sills, at or below liquid fuel levels, pumps are for pumping - not sucking !

    I recommend a Competition cut out switch between the NEGATIVE battery terminal and earth , There are FIA approved kits which provide both internal and external instant electrical isolation, particularly if you are going to use the car for any track use.

    Read , then read again. This was published sometime ago in the UK GT40 Enthusiasts magazine, three separate articles all together that persuaded many builders to change their plans and many cages to be cut out and removed

    Twenty Years

    20 years ago I organised a track day at Goodwood for the GTD40 Car Club, when Fords were celebrating the 40 anniversary of the GT40 . We got 40 x GT40 on the track, a great site and sound, photographed from helicopter flown by one of the owners.
