    It'd sure be a helluva ride at 12psi! I'm just thinking.... external waste gate would have to go from somewhere before the turbo flange on the header(s) to the exhaust exit side of the turbo? I dunno if I'd want to plumb that in myself

    Thanks for the links. Great video. I'm working on my fabrication skills. So far the aluminum welding looks ok. I've got a Lincoln squarewave 275 with water cooler. Steel is easier. Still need more equipment but it's coming together slowly. So I guess some T04E's with integrated waste gates...

    I take it from all the reading I've done on here (build logs, etc) that everyone is using the OE hydraulic clutch release setup? Well... it's good news these are readily available (in Europe). Convenient as my buddy is a VW/Audi specialist if I need to rebuild one of these boxes in the future.

    Frank Catt Exhaust now fitted.

    The redline on my powerstroke is 1200degF and the thermocouple is located between the exhaust manifold and the turbo (pre-turbo). In hot tunes when you hold the go pedal to the floor it doesn't take too long to reach that temp.
