    Michael's GT-R Build

Michael, do you remember what spring rate you ended up buying for the fronts? RCR sent me 850lb, way too much.

    FS EU LS water crossover

Price is around $400 +/- depending on shipping cost. Brackets for Pierburg CWA400 (and CWA200 I think) and hose barb included. Made in the Netherlands and a minimum of 2 set for the above price due to material cost. I will supply email info if anyone is interested, just pm me and I’ll forward...

    SLC power door locks.

Yes, the GT-R uses the same bear claw. However the are mounted left on the right side and right on the left.

    Honest RCC review

Don’t know who’s admin for this site, but if isn’t Fran, I can only say I’m seriously pissed. I have been so screwed on delelivery time (both on the SL-C and GT-R but it’ok) and not delivered parts.. Still waiting on steering rack for the GT-R . My GT-R ordered March 2021, still no rack. After...

    Joel’s SL-C Build Thread

Joel, with the tie rod that close to the upper control arm (height wise) you shouldn’t have it paralell with the LCA. Check this out. There is a lot to read about bump steer.

Stainless manifold studs and nuts a good idea?

Same as Scott, I’m using copper nuts. OEM’s has done it for centuries, can’t be wrong.

    Bellcrank reinforcement plate ideas.

I would love to hear that engine. Back in the early -80 we were dragracing and our nabor team had a dragster with 8 to 1, quite a different song, almost like a flatplane.

    Stephan's SLC Build Log

Nice work Stephan, I did it pretty much the same exept the other way around. I extended the dash around the cut outs to reach the duct and then some bulb seals.

Looking for examples of where to mount momentary door switches.

Here’s a link to the Magnum Shooters. Comes in 1-5. But these are for inside door electronics, if you intend to control a doorlight only I would hide the switch inside the body, accessible from the cupholder...

    Intermittent stalling

Thinking of what Mike said, couple of years ago I had a problem when decelerating with closed throttle (engine braking) and when I pushed the clutch the engine sometime died. Ended up re-mapping with Alpa-N in the idle area. A while later I had the intake off for another reason and installed new...

    Intermittent stalling

Rich, best routing would be: Tank(swirl or not)-100micron-Pump(if not in-tank)-10micron-Fuel rails-Regulator-Tank. That way you get the desired pressure into injectors and a constant flow through the system. (No vaporlock)

    Joel’s SL-C Build Thread

Yeap, think of the expansion tank as a shock absorber. If filled to the correct level it shouldn’t spill over to a recovery tank.

    Joel’s SL-C Build Thread

(Going to use a 1 Liter for the expansion tank and a 2 Liter for both the recovery and intercooler tanks. I ordered black anodized, but they also come in natural aluminum and red anodized.) Joel, I would use the 2 liter for expansion and the 1 liter for recovery. I have a 2,7 liter expansion...
