If you are set on a Cleveland check out the 351C Facebook groups, it seems complete engines often sell for less than the sum of purchasing the parts. Most of the 9.2" deck height aluminum blocks are a Windsor style, only T. Meyer (Track Boss) and MME (Titus) are producing a Cleveland style block as far as I know.

Looks like a 351 Winsor to me, not a 351 Cleveland.

Right The iron is a cleveland but the aluminum is Windsor,can build a clever out of it...
