Adjustable roller rockers I/d anyone?

I’ve never seen rockers with adjustable tips before. Can anyone identify them please?

Many pedestal and shaft mount rockers used with mechanical cams are that way. Otherwise you adjust hydraulic lifter preload with custom length pushrods. Rocker to valve tip contact is set by shimming.
