How did Ray C. and Graham K. end up in this fray with the Marshes? I thought they were GTD Racing - a seperate business from Supercars - am I wrong ?

I am very happy to here CAV has withdrawn any assoiation with these type of people an there oganization.Well done.

I quess I just can't let sleeping dogs alone!I would like to hear from Grant Nelson an explanation as to why he has severed relations with Ray Christopher and Graham Kelsey and the reason for including them in the the GTD world of Roger and Spencer Marsh. I must admit that I am an ex GTD builder/dealer on the west coast(only in a very small way). I did business as GTD Performance 40's and appeared at several shows locally. I continue to offer support to those people that I dealt with prior to my retirement a couple of years ago. I have been a supporter of Bob Lacey's CAV operation in the San Diego area. In fact I was the guy that sent the original GTD (Before the Marshes) to South Africa to check out the prospects of doing business there. I was finding that selling replicas built in the UK were getting to expensive and difficult to import (DOT etc.). I think that the GTD has improved thru the developments at CAV however I would like to hear from someone what the rift between Grant Nelson and Ray Christopher is really about. So lets hear it Grant. After all CAV would not be in business building the wonderful cars they do if it were not for Ray and Grahams efforts - after all it is a long stretch to jump from skate boards etc. to GT40 replicas. I await an answer.

It looks like we will never know the true relationship between Ray Chriistopher, Graham Kelsey, Roger and Spencer Marsh, CAV South Africa, GTD Racing and GTD Supercars. I have asked the question and am still awaiting some answers but it doesn't look like any of the principals want to tell us stupid customers anything. Somebody out thre must know something more than we are being told.
