Cima transaxle

Hello All,
Does anybody know about Cima transaxle (made in Italy). It is used in Koenggseg - obviously it can take some severe power/torque with no probs. I've searched the web but could not find any information regarding this box.

Sorry - know nothing about the axle but we did have a Koenigsegg CC8 at the recent Charity Day at Goodwood - serious piece of kit with some 850bhp!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Transaxle mus be flipping strong!! and expensive I suspect as the car costs some £375K+ ?

 

hi there, The Cima is made for Koenigsegg by VPS in italy the trail seems to end there, but it was also mentioned on the gearfox.co.uk info as being in some way connected.
