Awesome Scott , and as Walt said very moving. I loved the fact that the lady who had put rivets in was there to see it!
Aptly, I was in Galveston last month, here are a B17 and 25 in the Lone Star Flight Museum.

I have worked on several Boeing 1940's aircraft and there is a really special feeling when you see them enter into the air once again. The work necessary to get DOC back in the air was and is remarkable. B29's were very complex aircraft and to resurrect this aircraft is a great feat. Hopefully DOC will get a chance to travel around the country so many later generations can see first hand this incredible aircraft. By the way the B29 program was the most expensive U.S. military program during WWll.
