He must have a fly-off handbrake. You can't pull the tight handbrake style turns in a Caterham using the under dash handbrake - its too tricky to get to when your all strapped in (believe me - I've tried !!)
If you have a bit more speed you can do it by a bit of severe downchanging though :lol:
