We are pleased to announce that we have been able to secure an increase in volume of the cars that will be officially imported into Europe - to 101 from the previously announced 80. This number reflects the quantity of original GT's that were produced by Ford in Europe. However, demand for the Ford GT has been so great that only 1 in 20 of the people that have so far registered with us will be successful in being able to buy one of the officially imported cars. The lucky few will be selected according to a set of criteria intended to match the most deserving and appropriate buyers with this iconic car. The President and COO of Ford of Europe, Lewis Booth, and his most senior executives will approve the final selection.
If you are serious about purchasing a GT you should complete the attached application form and return it to Ford Team RS by December 7th, 2003. This will provide us with the extra information we need to select customers.
