For Aussies - RF on TV

Correct me if i'm wrong Robert. But i believe "The Car Show" will be featuring the RF40 this saturday. In Sydney see ch9 about 3-4pm. Check your TV guides. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I have just had it confirmed by "Q Media" that our car will indeed by on the "Car Show" on Chanel 9 at 16.30 tommorow Saturday 8 May 2004.

I plan to tape the show but there is a difference in format between UK - US - Australia, so I do not know if it can be seen elsewhere.

See if you can get a MPEG2 version and it could then be viewed on any computer and burned into a DVD.

Robert, what a I nice segment on The Car Show - congratulations. That sort of exposure to the car enthusiast segment of the TV audience will do wonders for the GT40 movement as a whole - everyone will benefit.

Congratulations to you, your team and those lucky owners involved in the segment.
There was no chance of missing the show as the minute the leader came on I would have received about a dozen phone calls to make sure that I was watching the box. I have only just received several calls of encouragement this morning from guys that saw the segment. All of them want me to hurry up and finish my car so that they can have a drive.

I'm scorning myself each time someone mentions this program. For reasons beyond my control I had to miss it, but worse still I neglected to hit the “Record” button on the VCR before I left home /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif . Anyone in Melbourne have a copy they would be prepared to share or sell?

And while I’m asking, can anyone tell me what and whose cars were on it?
