Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. Yet ANOTHER example of their HYPOCRACY.

If you remember, a few years back, Obama/Reid/Pelosi and all the other usual suspects WERE S-C-R-E-A-M-I-N-G about the possibility of the GOP using the nuke option! THEY CONDEMNED IT IN THE EXTREME 100 ways from Sunday!!!

But, now looooooooook what THEY just did when it serves THEIR purposes!

H-Y-P-O-C-R-R-R-R-I-T-S of the 1st order.

(It could come back to bite them in the butt if the GOPs take the senate in 2014! Can you imagine their ANGST then? THAT would be an absolute RIOT 'far as I'm concerned! I can hear Reid slobbering and blubbering about "bipartisanship" right now...just like the Dems did in the late '90s!)

They will demand it be changed when they become a minority in 2014. The press will be behind them and the racist republicans will be hated for impeding the progress of spending more money we don't have.

Familiarity breeds contempt, doesn't it?

WELL SAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And that's e-x-a-c-t-l-y what the GOP should do....but, as Mark more-or-less pointed out - they likely WON'T. 'Too gutless - and even more clueless.

Remember how the GOP majority surrendered to the WHINNING of the libs re: "bipartisanship" in the late 90s?

I seriously doubt they're learned a darned thing from history to this point.

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, I’m from the government and I’m here to help. — Ronald Reagan

Even our greatest Republican President since Abraham Lincoln (who is now all but considered a democrat by the democRATS), Ronald Reagan, got rolled when trying to "compromise" with the democRATS.

That's what happened to GW as well. He had a successful political career in Texas by sitting down with the opposition and getting things done. He tried the same thing in DC, remember popcorn and movies with the "lady killer" Ted Kennedy, and got eaten alive.
