Graziano oil questions

I had a crank seal let go on my Lexus 1UZ engine, that took a while to replace. I moved the engine back 6" to gain clearance, which it turns out I probably didn't need to do. But I have a trans oil cooler and dripped some oil. I have a ton of questions:

Is the fill level just even with the fill port? Is that the same with a trans cooler (Setrab 625)? Ove heard don't worry about topping off the oil level after installing the cooler. But if I'm going to change the oil, do I fill to the normal level? If I've lost a bit of oil, is it critical to top it off before heading to the track?

Does this trans oil have an oil change interval? This is primarily a street car, no more than 6 track days per year. My car has been driven for 5 years, has 4000 miles.

Is there a recommend oil to use? I found MT-90 for street and occasional tracking ... 75W90 NS for heavy track use. Should I go for the heavier oil, or is there a trade off? I assume 75W90 is the stock oil.

Thanks for the help.

Oops, meant to say I assume the MT-90 is the stock oil. But I think MT-90 is also 75W90, which is GL-4. The 75W90 NS is GL-5 and lacks the friction modifiers for the limited slip. Did I get this right? To answer my own question, I think the MT-90 75W90 GL-4 is the oil to use.

I looked inside my transmission case with an inspection camera and the level isn't close to the fill port. So I will be topping it off.

I use Red Line 50304 MT-90 75W-90 GL-4 and it's been great so far on street and track.

Regarding fill level, you have to add to account for the trans cooler, BUT the level on the 'full' plug will depend on where/how you have your cooler mounted. If it's mounted above the full line, you'll have to add the volume of the cooler after you fill the transaxle. Also if your cooler is plumbed to allow it to drain back down to the transaxle, you won't be able to use the 'full' plug to check level after running it.

The factory Gallardo's and R8's that came with this box have the cooler mounted so it doesn't drain back once full, but the manual states to add something like .6L on first fill to account for the cooler on first fill.

There's no factory spec I've seen for change interval, but I always change it once a year with a handful of track activities to be safe. Also helps you catch any signs of excess wear in the drain plug magnet and filter screen.
