Ron Earp Admin Mar 27, 2007 #5 Excellent. Good thing I have some very close friends in VA who might own my car a few weeks while it gets a VA title. Then it can move to NC without having to be bonded and all that happy stuff the NCDMV thinks is important for self-built cars. Ron
