Hi, I highly doubt anyone with a full set of moulds and chassis jigs will be very positive in lending them to anyone. These moulds are just crazy heavy to move around and very valuable. It takes years, if not decades to source moulds and chassis jigs.
You can get a chassi and full bodywork from Andy at Tornado, together with all other parts needed to build.
There are few bodies for sale in France on
Leboncoin.fr
And free chassis drawings on the web.

Sorry, just updated my profile. I am based in NewYork, USA.
Those molds on FB are in the UK but might be worth the shipping to bring them over to the east coast.
I have molds, a body out of the molds, chassis jig and control arm jigs with chassis built on the jig. I'm not looking to sell but what is your budget? I might could be convinced...
Where are you located? Do you have a number in mind?
