GTD clutch master/slave cylinder rebuild kits.

Can anyone tell me the part numbers for these?
I rebuilt both of these on my car when I bought it and put the part numbers somewhere safe....so safe in fact, I can't find them!

www.delorean.com They have complete new slave cyinders for $69. I could not find rebuild kits but you might call them.
