Engine specifications:
• 326 CID
• Holley-type carburetor
• Aluminum cylinder heads and intake manifold
• Roller camshaft and rocker arms
• Dart engine block
• Forged bottom end
• Aviaid oil pan
• MSD electronic ignition
Transmission:
• New Audi 01E gearbox, purchased from GT Racing in England, upgraded with a Quaife limited-slip differential
• Professional adaptation and installation
• Designed to reliably handle high torque
• The original Renault UN1 gearbox is included in the sale
Exhaust: • Custom crossflow exhaust line, with V-band fittings to quickly switch from mufflers to straight pipes to regain the authentic GT40 sound (your neighbors will love it…). Cooling: • All cooling hoses replaced • High-flow electric water pump • 19-row oil radiator providing a perfect balance between water and oil temperature — the car always stays cool Safety and interior: • FIA-approved Tillet carbon bucket seat • FIA harness • Full fire suppression system (cockpit and engine bay, FIA compliant) • Internal and external electrical cut-offs • Rain light • 6-point roll cage approved by FFSA Wheels & tires: • Custom-made Image Wheels from England • Michelin TB5 tires Paint: • Fully repainted in British Racing Green The GT40 is incredible to drive — it offers remarkable handling precision, and everything has been tested and optimized

So 1hr is barely run in, not even broken in. That means that engine is still unsure.
Usually ittakes 150 - 500 km for the pistonrings to seat properly. Same for valve seats.

Bonjour,je ne suis pas sur que ma réponse vous soit parvenu,donc je recommence .Je suis serge du 47 a coté de Villeneuve sur lot ,J'ai une GT40 Sbarro faite sur une châssis Sbarro très proche d'un original et avec beaucoup de pièces d'origine du stock de John Wyer.J'ai aussi une injection ,mais par ma faute j'ai quelques soucis elle est en ce moment chez un garage spécialiser a coté de Nogaro.J'ai aussi un amis qui a une GT40 MKII avec il me semble bien le même injection que vous qui fonctionne bien a priori.Je pense récupéré ma GT40 rapidement et la mettre en vente car a 70 ans cette G40 demande quand même des sacrifice au niveau confort ,bruit etc.....si vous voulez quelque photos ou information je vous joint mon mail
