I was having a rummage and found a poor mans front brake upgrade I built for a gtd on 15" wheels. you will have to excuse the state of it as its been mothballed for a long time. There was not much about for the gtd in terms of a brake upgrade at the time so i built my own using the xjs v12 jag front brakes. This was as big as I could get inside the 15" wheels, i know things have moved on since then but here we go
I spun up on the lathe a simple 1/2" spacer locating ring, this registered against the inside of the hub.
The massive four pot caliper had the original holes bored out to 25 mm and offset bushes were pressed in, they were then tig brazed and machined
The 295mm jag vented disc was cross drilled on the mill.
The whole lot fits as snug as a bug in a rug
Worked really well, never managed to cook this lot.
