The issue is trying to buy as a private individual, and no plane to fit them onto. Easier to keep a lookout for a Tornado fighter jet Spine panel or IE fighter Hartwell Latch and machine the missing pieces and brackets. They pop up on fleebay

I have tried to get them but not even an answer.
And being aviation bits they might be just as expensive as a set of old ones on the bay.

Just had a look for replacement shafer bearings. Direct fit replacement bearings are available but being
aviation bits they arent exactly cheap.

They are 900 euros or 1040 US$ a set plus shipping . The press handle is from cast aluminium the rest is steel.

Aren’t these set up backwards? Isn’t the latch supposed to face the other way in relation to the base?

The handle can be can be turned around,on the to accommodate the correct length an the angle
