I use a OEM vacuum operated valve and a bleed down vacuum switch (for EGR) with a toggle switch. They can be sourced from many places and different suppliers. Only difference is mine is either open or closed ....no part way open for mixing like the electronic version.
I had a defective unit. The motor worked but it wasn’t tight on the butterfly valve, and I didn’t know for sure if the four way actually opened and closed. Do yourself a favor and bench check it before installing it. It was very messy to pull it after antifreeze was installed.
