Hi from Ky

Hi everyone from central KY. I'm wondering which of the GT40 or the GT-R is a more difficult build. I've read a lot about parts from the GT40 not fitting exactly and requiring a bit of fabrication to fit correctly. Haven't really read much about the GT-R except that it takes some modification to make it streetable. In your guys' opinion, which one requires the least fabrication and whatnot? (not including various upgrades or modifications people chose as they built)

I have a bit of experience rebuilding cars. I've done a frame-up resto on a 69 vette and a 78 ta, and a 71 f100. Also...anyone here in or close to central Ky?

I have bad memories of Olive Hill, my Ferrari was in a chain-reaction crash there back in '69. Arrrggghhh...................

Well shoot, you got me all exciting thinking I wasn't far from another member.

WTF were you doing in olive hill? I'm hoping just driving through. haha

Yes, just driving through, on the way to the Wind River Range in Wyoming.
