Issue Fork/Bearing/Sleeve UN1

Hi guys.

I am having issue with a UN1 transaxle. I asked Andy from Tornado to help me out but no success.
I purchased a Tornado chassis, for Coyote-UN1.
But I am having issue making the fork and throwout bearing working. I know I am missing parts, and Andy cant provide them..

My question is, do you guys have a solution to make it working ? Maybe hydraulic throw out bearing, or if anyone has a picture of the fork and input shaft cover sleeve, I am lost and stuck.

Thanks

Hi Geoffrey, need a bit more info here - your picture shows the UN1 with Tornado bellhousing / extended fork and clutch release bearing. When they are pushed back hard against the bellhousing you should have a sleeve around the input shaft that the bearing slides back and forth on. There isn't anything else in there apart from your clutch items bolted to your flywheel, and the crank spigot bearing (that the end of your input shaft sits inside)
The other end of your fork sits in the Renault slave cylinder - pic attached....

Hey Paul.
You got it, I need the sleeve that goes around the shaft, or at least a picture.
I am not Sur about the fork, when I make it work manually, bearing is not sliding smoothly

This is mine with a bearing from Andy.

This reads like we are not helping Geoff.
We are and I have offered to get some pictures tomorrow so I am not sure why he has posted here.
The parts he needs come with the gearbox and are in limited supply and he did not buy the box from Tornado.
Just for the record he did not buy the chassis from us either.
Thanks
Andy

Mr Peter
That clutch arm is not correct. Its too short.
Looks like a standard Renault item that's been extended but I doubt it will be strong enough.
Thanks
Andy
