Hello Will,
It´s an girl from the organizer, she´s wearing the traditional costume from our area.
The hat with red woollen bowls is for unmarried girls, married wifes wear a hat with black woollen bowls.

Thanks for the lesson- it's fascinating to learn about other cultures.

But I still don't think that hat and girl would fit in the 40.
