Need to ensure I have set up the OEM wire injector wire harness correctly on the LS3 that GM provided. Cylinder line up standing in front of a stock car (water pump in front) looking back to tail is odd 1, 3, 5 & 7 on driver side and even 2, 4, 6 & 8 on passenger side. In stock configuration the harness approaches from the rear of the engine so I started from that position, aligned the wires labeled “odd” to the driver side and the harness fit each cylinder front to back by default, the only physical way they would fit (injector plugs not labeled 1, 3, 5 or 7, but wires are colored differently if I need to share that). Same on the even side.
My assumption here is the harness and ECM are cylinder sensitive and does not care which direction the intake sits.

I am in the process of re-orienting the OEM harness from a factory rear of engine approach to front of engine approach to the block. So, a lot of the factory looming needs to be wrapped and rewrapped to free up some wire here or there for a more tailored look. <o
