That's neat Jim. What is the significance of the dots above the windshield?

I noticed that the article was sponsored by Monster Garage! Any plans to convert J6 into some abominable creation?

The dots were required on the cars that ran at LeMans. They let the Marshals know the material that the car was made of in case of fire. Red dots for fiberglass, yellow for alum. There are red dots on the front under the mirrors and on the tail. The ones above the windshield were painted red by mistake in 1967 before they painted the car yellow turning them orange. As the center section is alum. they weren't needed there.
