MK IV Replica

Noticed this MK IV replica in Belgium 4sale. Hope the link works. MK IV

 

Now this is a lot more interesting than stevemaman's mind-numbingly self-promotional "CAV on ebay" threads. And this one DOES have wide hips.

The price works out at $116,500 or GB Pounds £67.500. The ad says it's a faithful replica. Does anyone know anything more about these MK IVs? Or is it a one off?

Aiming for a MK I, MK II and MK III - a MK IV would make the set...

 

I don't think it's a one-off. A few months back there was another one for sale in Switzerland for €150000. But I have no idea about the chassis and internals.
