The is an excellent article on chasing down the history of GT40's in a Ford GT through Europe in the November issue of Octane.

An excellent article. It brings back good memories of when we went to the Hotel de France. The piece I like best in the article is parking outside a the main gates of a certain factory in Maranello to see the reaction of the workers! Brilliant.

I left my copy on the train this morning but I can tell you that it also gave a good little mention of the GTD40's day at Goodwood in August in repect of their charity work and a nice picture of three cars in the starting grid.
