That is Hans (John) Hugenholtz Jr, son of former circuit designer (among them Suzuka in Japan) and director of Zandvoort. He is a very nice chap and races his original GT40 and Shelby (he has won the Tour de France with the Shelby a couple of times). Take a look at his on board Shelby videos...
I joined him years ago in his F40 which was also a lot of fun.
