My Roaring Forties Kit with all aluminum 351W punched out to 427 CI.
The Engine is a work of art! Assembled by Keith Craft Race Engines (when Keith owned and ran the shop).
Polished aluminum 351W 9.5 deck block.
Polished Yates heads off a Penske NASCAR race team. The heads have all the good stuff (titanium everything) with shaft rockers.
Magnesium Kinsler Fuel Injection Manifold with polished stacks.
Polished Fabricated valve covers with oilers.
Polished Danny Bee belt drive.
Polished cast aluminum ARE dry sump oil pan.
Peterson 5 stage dry sump pump and all drive accessories with 3-gallon tank
All fuel pumps low pressure to transfer fuel to swirl tank and high-pressure pump to feed the injectors.
All braded fuel lines with filters for oil, water and fuel.
Electric water pump mounted in front of the car that can run even when the car is turned off (to cool down the engine after a run).
The Kit is pretty much complete minus wheels from roaring forties.
Gulf Flairs
Deck Snorkel
6-point roll cage
Two-piece dash (so you can get the dash in and out with the roll cage)
Stainless paneling all cut and installed.
A/C option from Roaring Forties
upgraded BRT steering rack (have original rack that came with the kit will go with the car).
upgraded to Indy car front uprights with carbon-carbon brakes and chromoly tubing A-arms (all original uprights and arms go with the car)
brake caliper's are 8 piston Monoblock 4 included with CC pads and rotors
Have rear Indy car uprights with carbon-carbon brakes that will go with car if the new owner wants to upgrade to them.
Electrical upgraded with mill spec connectors and molded shrink tubing for professional look and function.
All body, doors, front and rear clip, Lexan and lights installed and working including all latches and hinges.
Complete dash with all proper gauges and switches (covered in leather).
Proper looking leather seats installed.
Radiator and all cooling lines installed.
All lines to the engine have quick disconnect for fast engine removal.
Tons of other things I am sure I am not listing. Look at the build pictures and see for yourself what has gone into this build.
No transmission is included
One set of 16x10 and 16x14 magnesium Lola style wheels wrapped in Goodyear Indy car size tires that have been hand grooved. With an additional set of tires that are not grooved. (included)
I am asking only 50K US and have over 30K in the engine alone (in 2005 dollars). So, if you are looking to build a GT40 this is your chance to get a great deal.
I have attached photos I took during the build. The car is in Plano Texas.
Richard
P.S. I have been in the Philippines for over 10 years, so I thought it was time to let it go. If someone would like to talk about the car my whatsapp number is +63 916 731 7143.
