I am working on the alignment and on my gt40 you can simple lay the angle finder against the upright for a caster measurement because the upper and lower ball joint are vertically aligned. The upper ball joint on the SLC is offset. Does anyone know the caster angle of their front end alignment so we can see how many degrees the offset measures? So for example, if you know your car is set to 5 degrees caster from the alignment shop and the angle finder reads 2 degrees resting on the side of the upright, I can easily figure the offset so I can set my caster with my angle finder.
I hope I am explaining that correctly.
