Springs

I have heard of some guys bottoming out the suspension on their RF GT40s.

Has anyone got some good suggestions on suggested spring rates / lengths ? I am using AVO shocks and need some spring info.

I haven't had any problems with the RF I have here. The problem with too much spring rate is the car becomes much less forgiving. If you feel the ride is to soft them use adjustable shocks and adjust the shock rate up. You also may have the ride height to low. You need to have 4.5 inches under the car to be street drivable.
