Hello everyone, I have made the decision to let my Superformance GT40 go. My Husband bought it from Reed motor sports back in 2010. P2107. My husband passed away in 2023 and left me with 20+ cars to take care of. The GT, while fun to drive, pretty much just sits most of the year. I try to take it out every now and then but between the weather and lack of time, its not often enough. Anyway, P2107 by Superformance. MKII. 427 Roush, AFR heads, ZF transaxle. Royal Blue with white stripes, Gurney Bubble, Thicker back window from time machine motor sports, Assembled by Olthoff racing. Everything you want to know about the car is in the file my husband kept on it, everything. Even its use on Dream car garage at Road to America Atlanta. Car has normal wear and tear for its age and use. I will try to list every detail I can remember. First, the original speedometer and cable malfunctioned and grenaded the speedo gauge. I got a new take off from Scotty at Olthoff and chronicled the replacement. I have the original gauge and cable to go with the car. Will attach pics. Car needs some cosmetic refreshing. drivers door pull pulled out of the door on one side. the anchor side. works fine just needs re attached. Plastic eyebrows on the roof (door guards?) , the drivers side split. Got stainless guards from Olthoff to replace them, or you can 3D print some replicas. Has some flaking paint around the rear window. Normal wear and tear. Car runs great, fires right up and shakes the dust out of the rafters every time. All the neighbors know its alive too. if there are things you want to know, just ask me. I will look it up or go out and take pictures for you. It isnt easy to let this car go, I enjoy driving it, but it just sits and I think it needs to go be driven. Serious inquiries welcomed.
