The auction says the paint is "Base and clear coat in a variety of colors", which makes me wonder if you are bidding on an existing roller or one 'to be delivered' at some future date. I'd bet it's one to be delivered at a future date. caveat emptor:

TERMS OF SALE OVERVIEW
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 (non-refundabable) deposit within 24 Hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash, certified checks, wire transfers, credit card, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
All buyers will pay a $320.35 documentation fee. In-state buyers (Nevada) must pay a $25.00 smog fee, a $28.25 title fee and state tax's. Out of state buyers must pay a $8.25 drive away fee plus documentation and title fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
