Trivail pursuit questions for all you GT40 officiandos out there:

Did the Mark 1 and Mark 11 GT40's have identical cabin and doors?

Did any of the MK1's have a single radiator outlet, rather than the 2 nostrils?

Did all Mk11's have a different (shorter?) nose than the Mk1's?

And last but not least, has anybody ever seen a true replica of a Mirage??

I shall sit back with a coffee, and await your collective wisdom with interest!

Generally speaking...
The MkI and MkII GT40's have identical cabin and doors.chassis were built by Abbey panels.then altered for MkII set up.air out lets can be different on roof.
Doors therefore mainly the same.
Race cars can had modifications by owners..

The Gulf cars had a single radiator outlet among others..,

MkII's had raised fenders above the front wheels.for better clearance.
On heavy surface tracks and with the extra weight of the MkII...
Rad openings and nostril panels might be different...

Rear body is what really differed..
And it became shorter in the last versio..
