Lambo copy?

Looks like a Lambo wannabe. And I didn't read any info on it. Is it homologated and road legal for mass production? (Crash tests, EPA, etc...)

SSC's website has some info and nice pictures.
I'd be surprised if it becomes EPA legal...but that doesn't always
prevent those with money from buying....
