U.S. Kits

Hi! I'm new to kitcars, but want a GT40! Has anyone used Levy racing? Or who would you recommend in the U.S.? I'm trying not to get stung, and don't want any expensive lessons!Thanks Guys, James

I have been lurking around the GT40 and the various Cobra forums for 3 - 4 years and based on everything I have seen, you will not find a better supplier than Gordon Levy.

Go to Club Cobra http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/index.php or the Cobra Forum http://www.cobraforum.com/yabbse/index.php and do a search on Levy and I think you will see what I mean.

I havce a RF kit. The same car Gordon now sells. I'm sure he'll be a good guy to work with. Hell he's building my engine.
As for the car. You'll love it. I spent a LONG time looking and I found RF to have all my issues covered. The quality of of parts and materials are top notch. The frame is the best space frame I've seen and the kit was very well packaged with every nut and bolt-EVERY nut and bolt, and a manual.
Call Gordon and get your car. This is a very complex car and since I was also new to kits I needed alot of help and teaching. Furtunate for me,as previously noted Hershal Byrd has taken me under his wing. The forum has also been a huge help.
