Basically my kit is a KVA 'C' chassis (no.24) with the full fibreglass body,
both in excellent condition. Originally bought in 1988 (I think) and the
owner never got round to starting it, I bought it in 2001.
The car is being looked after by Dave Guest at Thunderbird Racing. I've paid
him for the following, but I have no idea if he's got round to completing
all this yet, so any prospective owner would have to deal directly with him
:-
all suspension and hubs, brakes
a Ford Granada donor car
chassis fully panelled
few odds and sods (perspex headlight covers etc)
set of wheels (not proper ones, just so you cal roll chassis round)
Asking price is 5,500 but willing to negotiate as I'm too in love with the
Elise now to contemplate paying to finish it.
Obviously it's all been well looked after in the past year, Dave reckons
10K to get it on the road but this obviously depends on how high spec
you're looking as I was doing it to a budget.
If you could help I'd be really grateful as I need to offload it ASAP.
