Thank you for such a detailed response. I'm sure everyone will be grateful to you for providing this information. One wonders how long it will be before there are changes to this (as the ICE powered vehicle is rapidly becoming the soft target of the climate change agenda).
I have advised a number of people on other forums that are planning to start or slowly building any form of kit that they need to get a move on.
