Wheel offsets?

Wondering what backspacing/offsets people typically end up with on their cars here.

I have went back and forth on the wheel/tire size and think I would like to fit 255/40/18 in the front on a 9" wheel and 295/35/18 in the rear on a 10.5" wheel. A little larger than most, but not over the top at all.

The hubs will most likely be in the 5x4.5 configuration (114.3mm). I just need to know what sort of backspacing/offset to run.

I run a 245\50-15 (24.8" dia tire) that is within .120" of rubing on the body wheel arch when turning in and on the wheel well frame when turning out. Extreme situations such as driveway ingress or egress they rub. IMO, the front at 255\40-18 would be too wide no matter what offset. Not sure about the rears at 295, that may be ok if you have the medium-wide rear flares. Just my opinion and you may have to mount one on and see if there's any room to offset one way or the other.

I run 255 x 17 on the front and 335 x 17 on the rear with no problems.

The rear has the wide Gulf flares and the front is standard.

No rubbing problems.

Disregard what I said above regarding fitment of the front tires, obviously they are being used.

Do you know the offsets of these wheels? What brand wheel are you running?

I am not a fan of the Halibrand knock offs and will most likely go with a BBS mesh look.
