Window frame

Has anyone got pointers or drawings for the interior rear window frame.
Is it one piece ali cnc ed or a seperate frame folded shaped to suit.

RCR's was one piece CNC cut Aluminum and used to sandwich the rear glass in place to the firewall.. I don't have a photo on this computer but will look elsewhere..

Yes, from porter press the book is £500, so £250 is a bargain. There are drawings on the forum of the frame/glass. Just add 1/4in step and lips.

I think there is a bunch of photos somewhere on the forum that show a rear screen of some description sitting on a sheet of graph paper. You could use that to work out the screen shape. Make a pair of wooden bucks to sandwich a sheet of alloy in between and hammer form it.
That is what I plan to do.

I made my own out of 1/8 ally. A frame with weather strip and bolted to the back wall. Kind of like a glass sandwich.
