I saw this when it was new and put it back in my memory banks. I am glad that I did. My son just went in for a physical and failed his urine test. He has too much protein in his urine. It came in at a +3. The doctor says that the worst is a +4. Most numbers are in the negative numbers. Why I bring this up is, yesterday, he shows me a crushed can from work. He works as a service writer at a truck stop. He said that this can was a brake clean can. Some of the guys light the brake clean on fire and use it as a torch. Mostly as a prank I would think. This obviously would release the chlorine into the air, probably not the phosgene as I have read. Still very toxic stuff. I'll show him this thread today and the links to the story. I don't know if it is related to his problem or not.
