The fall at 2:36 was just too darned close to home. I've actually been there and DONE that...from about the same height (maybe a touch higher)...but, I didn't walk away from it like he did because my fall wasn't 'cushioned' like his was. Mine was straight down. Feet first (thank God). Onto concrete and steel grate.
(Edit: BTW, the angle of the ladder I was on was faaaar more 'vertical' than that of the guy in the vid. The problem was the ladder's feet evidently were sitting in some kind of oily crap, so, the ladder slid out from under me. Lemme tell ya there's no more helpless feeling in the world than to feel a ladder starting to slip out from under you and knowing there's NOTHING WHATSOEVER you can do about it.)
