Superlite GTA

NO ..it will unbolt.....there is no reason to make a tilt nose...

i agree, once you have everything installed. just bolt the nose on the car. 4 or 6 bolts is enough.

i am really interested on how the back body\chassis bolts and seems to the eclipse cabin.

are there going to be any option from superlite besides the basic kit? will this info be release when the car is?

We have already been working on some options...such as carbon front and rear fascias....

that is good. i found a site for interior Gen 2 Eclipse Carbon Fiber. (dash, center console, a pillars, etc).

you also mention a shock and\or break package (sold seperately). is that still the plan?

looking forward to the release so i can start budgeting and planning everything.

Well crap.. I knew I shouldn't have looked at all this. Now I want it all!!!

Justin,
Just an FYI, for all the interior parts (full dash, center console, A pillars, Door sills, cluster speedometer trim) cost $1045 with free shipping. Then all you need to do is replace carpet, seats, steering wheel, pedals and you have a brand new interior (minus door panels, still looking).
Does anyone know what the "underpanels" are? Are they part of the inside cabin that would be used for the Apex?

Yeah that's awesome!! I want to suede the dash, then get CF of everything else. Maybe do a mix of CF and suede on the door panels. Regardless for a reasonable cost the interior can be brought up to modern supercar standards.

I too am looking forward to the interior. Mostly alcantara, leather, and CF for me.

You have good taste sir!! I don't know about anyone else but I can't stop looking at these new pics! I really want to see one in person. Might have to swing by the shop while up that why for my brothers college visits!

At the moment, I'm thinking... all black alcantara wrapped/carbon fiber interior, new black carpet, black suede Status racing seats with Apex body colored diamond stitching, new steering wheel, new pedals, new shift knob, and new guage faces. That's essentially a whole new interior and with the excpetion of the Status seats, I consider it relatively affordable for what I'm getting.

Anyone has a solution for getting a nice and modern instrument cluster. The mechanical odometer is what turns me off.
There's the digidash and racepak. Not sure how well they'd play with the eclipses' wiring though. There's also the dash commander if you want to go all out.

I know nothing about electronics though so not sure if they'd work in this situation.

There is already one built into the rear chassis section...but not a front section yet...although one will be available for the track guys out there...

I am also thinking about making the journey up. What do you think Fran, we could have a live grand reveal for those who want to make the trip.:idea:
