No, I don't think so. If anything, there is more engine room on the LeMans tail in some areas, based on a careful examination of the car at Charlotte..

I would suggest a naturally aspirated engine for the LeMans. The added weight, complexity, and heat are all problems when you try to fit a supercharged LS into that type of car.

An Ls7 with heads, cam, headers, intake, and tuning will make about 600hp at the wheels and will be much more reliable/easy to keep running properly.

If you destroke it and go with some titanium valves etc you get that baby to scream.
