I drove 2103 and now the CAV almost daily to work or wherever. After you get used to parking it, there is no problem.

    GT40P/2192 on YouTube

Very nice Kim, Sebring is a great track and one that I would love to drive some day. Was that a Radical in front of you near the end? Do you think the GT could hang with one of those routinely? I was in Homestead a couple of weeks ago at a Mercedes AMG driving event, really great fun. We got to...

they are fun. I had my SPF MK11 dialed in pretty well but the steering is somewhat heavy. the 427 roush is a joy to drive fast. It is now in the hands of a nice gentleman from europe, as I sold it 3 weeks ago, I hope he enjoys it. chuck

but I thought you already agreed to purchase the car off of EBAY. That is a legitimate contract. Your due diligence should have been done prior to buying the car not after.

Help! Engine Malfunction - Need Advice

it definitly sounds like a distributor problem and I would check the gear first thing. Your first gear sounds like a comp cams composite and I assume the next one was a bronze gear, both of which are designed to fail before the cam gear does, however in your case there must be an explanation as...

    302 Engine and Carb issues

I would just have to think that if it were a balance problem it would not smooth out at higher RPM. If the wrong balancer is on, again I would think the engine would shake very badly at all RPM, although I suppose if the flywheel is very slightly out of balance or some other component is then...

    changing engines

I was afraid of that. I will probably stick with a 302 based motor then to avoid all the incidental changes that will crop up and add to the expense.

    changing engines

what mods might I have to do to go from my 302 engine to a stroker 351w. I know it is taller, could I use the same headers? thanks; chuck

    Ground clearance

never a problem with mine and I negotiate speed bumps daily around here. steep ramps are more of an issue with the long front overhang

    351 b & s, what would you do?

torque steer is a product of front wheel drive. As far as the motor, I doubt you are anywhere close to 700 hp. My roush 427 makes 530 or so and it is a beast, to get 700 hp out of a stroked 351 and get it to idle at all seems unlikely especially with webers that do not like big cams. I do agree...
