A few questions please

On a GTD when assemblying the CV joint on to the axle, there is a conical spring washer that goes against the inboard circlip, then the CV joint, then another circlip holds the CV on to the axle. The build manual says to "compress" the assembly and put the outer circlip on. How do you "compress" the assembly? That darn conical washer has so much tension that I can't get the outer clip on, no matter how much I push on it. Do you guys use a press or sorts, or put a socket on the end and bump it with a hammer?

Second question, if anyone can give me either the size of, or the part number for the big rubber discs used to mount the transaxle to the chassis, I would appreciate it. I tried the first "correct looking" ones I could find and they are not right, transaxle case rests on the frame.

Thanks much.
