Yep, yet another manufacturer of cobras has decided to produce a GT40. They plan on a monocoque and a space tube frame chassis.

Does any one have any knowledge of Glass Snake's Cobra?

They said they are working on plugs and molds now. I wonder if they are making their own body from scratch or are basing their GT40 on previous molds or body? Like KVA or an original GT40. It would be very interesting if they were somehow able to get ahold of a real GT40 and were allowed to pull molds from that.

If they are able to offer a GT40 replica that is the same cost of their Cobra replica, then they are going to be a force to be reckoned with.

Sure sounds like the location that had some close association time with GT40P/1009.

 

Hi all

Looks like the KVA front to me it has the MK111 nostril just like the good old KVA.
You would think that if they new their stuff then they would fit a MK1 nostril to it.
If you want original body parts I will have them available in March.

I looked at their web site. It says that their GT40 is in the development stage and to do not ask questions on price. They expect the development to take a couple of years.
